Request for business information disclosure
To request disclosure of the service provider's name, address, phone number, or responsible person's name, please use thesubmission form (Google Form). Upon request, we will provide the information promptly by email before you make a purchase decision. Please include a note stating that you are requesting business information disclosure, along with your reply address.

- Payment method
- Credit card payment via Stripe.
- Payment timing
- First payment is charged at the time of subscription. Subsequent payments are charged automatically at the billing interval shown at signup.
- Service availability
- Paid features become available once payment is confirmed and system processing is complete.
- Subscription period
- If a limited subscription period applies, it will be displayed on the relevant screen.
Auto-renewal
The paid plan renews automatically at the billing interval shown on the Stripe checkout screen at signup. To stop renewal, follow the cancellation conditions below.
Cancellation conditions
Open the Stripe billing portal from "Manage billing & cancellation" in the dashboard (shown for accounts with an active paid plan) and complete cancellation before the next renewal date. After cancellation, you can continue to use paid features until the end of the paid period. If the billing portal is unavailable, submit a cancellation request via thesubmission form (Google Form)by 11:59 PM Japan time the day before the next renewal date. The Google Form submission timestamp is treated as the receipt date, and billing will stop from the next renewal. Form requests may take time to process. There is no cancellation fee.
Refund conditions
Due to the nature of digital services, we do not provide pro-rata refunds, mid-period refunds, or post-payment cancellations at the user's discretion. Exceptions apply in cases of duplicate charges, service unavailability, or where required by law. Contact us via the submission form for refund inquiries.
Cooling-off
This Service accepts orders via the internet and is classified as mail-order sales. The cooling-off right applicable to door-to-door sales does not apply to mail-order sales. Cancellation and refunds follow the conditions described on this page.
System requirements
Using the Service requires an internet connection and a standard web browser. Some features may not be available depending on your environment.
