Diagnostic data handling
This service diagnoses your AI visibility based on information your company has made publicly available. It is not intended for handling internal or personal information.
What you can enter
Your company name, official website URL, publicly available industry/category, and publicly known competitor names.
What you should not enter
Do not enter customer names, staff names, email addresses, phone numbers, contracts, unpublished materials, passwords, API keys, access tokens, or any other confidential information. Common patterns are detected and rejected at submission.
How your data is used
Public information you enter and diagnosis results are used only to create your diagnosis report, display history, and track improvement. External services may be used to the extent necessary for analysis.
No secondary use
Your input is not used to build sales lists or sold to third parties. It is used only for diagnosis, history display, incident investigation, and service improvement.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand usage and improve the service. Measurement is anonymous: we record page views and button interactions, but your company name, URL, email address, and report ID entered in the diagnosis form are never sent to Google Analytics. Measurement is enabled by default. You can opt out (or re-enable it) at any time from "Analytics settings" at the bottom right of the screen; your preference is stored in your browser. We may also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not identify individuals, to understand overall traffic trends.
Limitations of the diagnosis
Automated detection cannot prevent all confidential information from being submitted. Always enter only publicly available information. Diagnosis results are a measurement hypothesis of how your company appears in AI — they are not a substitute for fact-checking or legal judgment.
