Terms of Service

1. Service description

The Service is a self-serve SaaS that uses your company name, official website URL, and other public information to summarize your AI visibility, competitor comparisons, citation candidates, and improvement suggestions. The scope of free and paid features follows what is displayed within the Service.

2. Account management

Users must keep registration information accurate and up to date, and manage login credentials responsibly. If you become aware of unauthorized use by a third party, please contact us immediately via the submission form.

3. Input information

Users must only enter publicly available company information. Do not enter customer names, staff names, email addresses, phone numbers, contracts, unpublished materials, passwords, API keys, access tokens, or any other confidential or personal information. SeeData handlingfor details.

4. Paid plan, auto-renewal, and cancellation

The price, billing interval, and features of the paid plan are displayed on the Stripe checkout screen before you subscribe. The paid plan renews automatically at the billing interval shown on the checkout screen.

To cancel, open the Stripe billing portal from "Manage billing & cancellation" in the dashboard (shown for accounts with an active paid plan) and complete the cancellation before the next renewal date. After cancellation, you can continue to use paid features until the end of the paid period. If the billing portal is unavailable, submit a cancellation request via thesubmission form (Google Form)by 11:59 PM Japan time the day before the next renewal date. The Google Form submission timestamp is treated as the receipt date, and billing will stop from the next renewal. Form requests may take time to process.

5. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital services, we do not provide pro-rata refunds, mid-period refunds, or post-payment cancellations at the user's discretion. Exceptions apply in cases of duplicate charges, service unavailability, or where required by law. Contact us via the submission form for refund inquiries.

6. Prohibited activities

Users must not engage in the following activities:

• Violating laws or public order and morals
• Infringing on the rights or interests of third parties
• Interfering with or placing an excessive load on the operation of the Service
• Unauthorized access, analysis, reverse engineering, or similar acts
• Submitting false, confidential, or unauthorized information
• Reselling or displaying the Service or diagnosis results in a misleading manner

7. Nature of diagnosis results

Diagnosis results are measurement hypotheses about AI visibility based on public information. They do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, future rankings, sales, or other outcomes. Users must verify facts independently before making important decisions. The Service does not provide legal, accounting, tax, or other professional advice.

8. Changes, suspension, and termination

We may change, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Service for maintenance, incident response, security, legal compliance, or other necessary reasons. We will notify Users in a reasonable manner in advance when the impact is significant, except in emergencies.

9. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the Service belong to the operator or rightful owners. These Terms do not grant Users any rights beyond what is necessary to use the Service.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect damages, special damages, or lost profits arising in connection with the Service. Where the operator is liable, the maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the paid plan in the most recent one month, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or where limitation is not permitted by law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when required by law, changes to the Service, or other necessary reasons. Significant changes will be announced in advance with the effective date and content in a reasonable manner.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. To the extent permitted by law, disputes relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court with jurisdiction over the operator's location as the court of first instance.
